Chamber & PRE Partnership

The Hardee County Chamber of Commerce is making moves in more ways than one. In a new partnership with Peace River Explorations, the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce will be relocating to Wauchula’s Historic Train Depot. There, the current Executive Director of Peace River Explorations, Jessica Prescott, will also serve as the Executive Director for the Chamber.

Peace River Pro Rodeo Classic

After two decades, professional rodeo returned to Hardee County on January 23rd & 24th. The Peace River Pro Rodeo Classic was the second stop in the Seminole Tribe PRCA Rodeo Series. The event included bull riding, saddle bronc riding, barrel racing, tie down roping, steer wrestling and more.

Depot Holiday Hours

The Depot will be closed Thanksgiving Day and Friday, November 28th. It will reopen Saturday, November 29th from 10:00 am-4:00 pm for Shop Small Saturday.
